山西省粮食生产现状、存在问题与对策研究

在阐述山西省粮食种植及供给能力状况的基础上，借助山西粮食生产能力和常住人口总量数据，计算得出粮食自给率为88．21％，年粮食缺口约为170万t，粮食供给小于需求。接着，探讨了山西省粮食安全面临粮食生产与需求失衡、粮食品种结构失衡、成本及价格水平偏高、粮食安全意识普遍淡化的困境，提出增强粮食自给水平、推进粮油产业化经营、发展粮食现代物流、强化粮食安全意识等建议，以期为保障山西省粮食安全提供一个有益的参考。

Grain Production Status, Problems and Countermeasures Research in Shanxi Province

On the basis of food crops and the status of the supply ability in Shanxi Province, with the help of Shanxi Province grain production capacity and the total permanent population data, calculated its self-sufficiency rate of grain was 88.21% and grain shortfall of about 1.7 million tons every year. Result of the food supply was less than the demand. Then, this paper discussed the food security in Shanxi Province of grain production and demand imbalance, the imbalance in the structure of grain varieties, cost, the price level on the high side, food safety consciousness was generally out of trouble, put forward to enhance the level of self- sufficiency, promote the development of the industrialization of grain and oil, grain modem logistics,to strengthen the food safety consciousness and so on, in order to provide a beneficial reference for food safety in Shanxi Province.
