菠萝粘胶纤维吸湿性能研究

摘    要:以菠萝粘胶纤维、普通粘胶纤维、Tencel纤维为原料,采用烘箱干燥法和回归模型分析法,进行纤维的吸湿、放湿测试与分析。研究结果表明:菠萝粘胶纤维具有良好的吸湿性能,菠萝粘胶纤维吸湿回潮率18.4%、放湿回潮率26.8%;普通粘胶纤维吸湿回潮率18.5%、放湿回潮率24.6%;Tencel纤维吸湿回潮率17.1%、放湿回潮率23.4%,菠萝粘胶纤维的吸湿速率略高于普通粘胶纤维,Tencel纤维最低;菠萝粘胶纤维放湿速率最高,Tencel纤维居中,普通粘胶纤维最低。

Abstract:Abstract Experiments were conducted on pineapple leaf viscose fiber, usual viscose fibre and Tencel viscose fibre to test and analyze the moisture absorption and release properties of the fibers with oven drying method and regression analysis. The experimental results showed that pineapple leaf viscose fibre had excellent moisture absorption and release properties. Its moisture absorption regain rate was 18.4%, similar to that of usual viscose fibre 18.5% and higher than that of Tencel fibre 17.1%; while its moisture release regain rate was 26.8%, higher than those of usual viscose and Tencel fibre, which was 24.6% and 23.4% respectively. The moisture absorption rate of pineapple leaf viscose fibre was slightly higher than that of usual viscose with that of Tencel being the lowest, and it had the highest moisture release rate followed by Tencel and then usual viscose.
