| 摘 要： | 采用玻板直立发芽法、保湿培养法以及盆栽法 ,就供试包衣剂对种子发芽、出苗及活力的影响情况进行了研究。结果表明 ,3种浓度 (E16 ,E17,E18)的种衣剂对白菜、甘蓝、萝卜种子的发芽均无不良影响 ,且E18对白菜、甘蓝种子的发芽有一定的促进作用 ,表现为种子发芽正常 ,出苗整齐 ,种子活力略有提高。

| Abstract: | The influence of coating agents on seed germination, sprout and vitality was tested by a vertical glass-plate sprout method, an absorbent culture method, and a pot-planting method. The results indicated that seed germination rates in chinese cabbage, cabbage and radish had not been affected by 3 concentrations of coating agents (E16, E17, and E18). Moreover, E18 had some positive effect on seed germination of cabbage and chinese cabbage. The seeds germinated normally, sprout tidily, and their seed vitality was enhanced slightly. |
