摘 要: | 为了筛选超微粉型油菜种衣剂的合适配方,探明其理化性质,为新型油菜种衣剂的创制与应用提供参考,用3个自研超微粉型油菜种衣剂包衣油菜种子,通过发芽试验与理化检测,研究了超微粉型油菜种衣剂合适的配方、药种比及其理化性能,并与进口种衣剂进行了比较。结果表明:在自研超微粉型油菜种衣剂WFZ-5、WFY-1和WFW-6中WFY-1为最佳配方,其最佳药种比为1:300;WFY-1的pH 6.89,粘度为12.3 mPa/s,成膜时间7.8 min,包衣均匀度为95.5%,包衣脱落率为3.1%。WFY-1理化性能良好,能促进油菜生长,提高成苗率和苗素质,其综合效果优于进口种衣剂SLS。

Abstract: | This study aims to create a kind of superfine powder rape seed coating agent as reference ibr the research, application, and evaluation of new rapeseed coating agents through the screening on the three self-made superfine powder rape seed coating formulas to detect the best formula and coating ratio, and the physical and chemical properties based on the indoor germination emergence and seedling quality test. The results showed that the WFY- 1 was the best formula with the optimized agent and seed ratio of 1: 300, pH value of 6.89, the viscosity of 12.3 mPa/s, forming-film time of 7.8 min, coating uniformity rate of 95.5%, and coating detached rates of 3.1%, which led to the conclusion that WFY- 1 could promote germination, enhance adult seedling rate, and improve seedling qualities of capsicum seeds with the outstanding physical and chemical properties, and the general effects of this capsicum seed seed-coating agent were better than those of the import agent used in this experiment. |
