仙人掌多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:以仙人掌为原料,以水浸提取、乙醇沉淀多糖。研究结果表明,最佳提取条件为:料液比为1∶30,提取时间为50 min,pH值为9,提取温度为70℃。最佳醇沉条件为:乙醇体积分数为95%,乙醇用量为提取物体积的4倍,沉淀时间为4 h。仙人掌多糖的平均得率为8.53%。

Abstract:Opuntia polysaccharide was extracted by hot-water digestion,and deposited by ethanol from Opuntia Milpa Alta,it was found that the best technique was 40-60 screen mesh of material partial size,extract two times,70 ℃,50 min,pH 9,ethanol concentration 95%,volume 4 times and deposit 4 hours.At last,the extract rate of Opuntia polysaccharides is 8.53%.
