催产素在牛黄体神经内分泌细胞中表达

摘    要:为了明确牛卵巢黄体中是否存在神经内分泌细胞及其与催产素表达的关系,采用免疫组化链霉菌素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法及双重酶标记对4例发情周期牛黄体中神经元特异性烯醇化酶和催产素的分布关系进行了研究。结果显示:黄体各区均含神经元特异性烯醇化酶和催产素样免疫反应阳性细胞,细胞形态类似,均呈现不规则的圆形、卵圆形、三角形或多角形,细胞核位于中央或偏于一侧,部分细胞有突起。双阳性细胞的形态与分布与OT阳性细胞基本一致。对于NSE-OT双阳性细胞和OT阳性细胞数目进行检验表明,二者在数量上无统计学差异。结果提示黄体中OT主要在神经内分泌细胞中表达。

Abstract:The distribution and co-localization of NSE and oxytocin in bovine corpus luteum(CL) during estrous cycle were studied by using single and double labeled immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) method and four samples were invovled in present study.The results showed that there were many NSE and OT-immunoreative cells in CL with similar shapes which including round,oval and triangular form or with projects.The double labeled cells were also detected in the studied samples and the number of them had no significant difference with which of OT-immunoreative cells.The results suggusted that ovarian OT was mainly secreted by NSE-positive neuroendocrine cells in corpus luteum.
