不同倍性苹果叶片不定植株再生研究

摘    要:以苹果二倍体、三倍体、四倍体共28个品种的无菌苗叶片为试材,研究了倍性、光和暗培养及叶片的生长部位对叶片不定梢再生的影响。结果表明:多倍体比二倍体容易再生不定梢,平均不定梢再生率,三倍体达98.4%,二倍体68.4%,一个四倍体品种达93.3%。暗培养比光培养有利于促进不定梢再生,无菌苗顶部刚展开的嫩叶比中下部成熟老化叶再生率高。

Abstract:Studies with leaves from virus-free younglings of 28 different-ploidy apple varieties showed that the regeneration of adventitious shoots was easier from polyploids than from dipliods,average regeneration rate of triploid varieties accounted for 98.4%,one tetraploid variety got 93.3%,but diploid varieties had only 68.4% of regeneration.Shoot regeneration was enhanced in the dark for 3 weeks of culture than when directly exposuring to light.
