| 摘 要： | 松褐天牛是检疫性病害松材线虫病的重要传播媒介,通过室内试验,选用马尾松和湿地松枝干饲养松褐天牛,拟得出松褐天牛的卵孵化历期和孵化率,为松褐天牛成虫的防治提供理论依据。结果表明:松褐天牛成虫取食马尾松和湿地松的卵孵化率4 d孵化历期最高,其次为5 d,马尾松的平均卵历期低于湿地松,且两种寄主对松褐天牛卵期和孵化率无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The experimental results showed that： The hatchability of eggs hatching of Monochamus alternatus adults feeding Massoniana and Pinus elliottii reached the maximum in incubation duration at 4 days, followed by 5 days. The average incubation duration of adults feeding Massoniana was lower than that of Pinus elliottii, but there was no significant difference in the egg stage and hatchability of Monochamus alternatus adults feeding Massoniana and Pinus elliottii. |
