摘    要:为了提高油锯手作业绩效成绩,保障其作业安全,通过作业条件和身体条件的变化,对油锯手自身的控制能力进行探讨。本文在试验基础上提出对身体适应性、负荷度影响油锯手作业绩效的评价准则和评价方案,运用数学统计方法对试验数据进行对比后得出,作业前的准备活动对身体各部位的适应性帮助显著,过大的心理负荷也对油锯手的安全作业会产生很大的影响。以心率为评价指标来衡量负荷强度是具有科学性的,准备活动后或者单株锯切作业后心律控制在90-110次/min之间最为合理。

Abstract:In order to improve hand operation performance and ensure its safety,the control ability of hand operation when using chain saw was discussed according to the changes of operating and physical conditions.The influence of body adaptability and loading degree on control ability of hand operation was analyzed,and corresponding evaluation criteria and plan were proposed based on experiments.In addition,comparing the experimental data through analysis with mathematical statistical methods,it was indicated that the preparing activities before operation could significantly improve body's adaptability,and excessive mental load also affected safety activities of chain saw operators.It is scientific and feasible to take the heart rate as indicator of measuring load intensity,which should be 90-110 times per minute after preparing activities or sawing single plant operation.
