| 摘 要： | 综述了近50年来国内外烟草中非挥发性有机酸的分析研究进展，并对烟草中非挥发性有机酸的各种化学分析方法的局限性进行了比较，指出目前随着近红外光谱法在烟草中的不断应用，近红外光谱法能为烟草企业测定烟草中非挥发性有机酸提供一种快速、高效、简便的分析方法。

| Abstract: | The research progress on the analysis of nonvolatile organic acid in tobacco at home and abroad in recent 50 years were reviewed,and the limitations of each chemical analysis method were compared.With the continuous application of near-infrared spectroscopy in tobacco,it could be a fast,efficient and simple analysis method for tobacco enterprises to determine nonvolatile organic acid. |
