摘    要:研究在酸性介质中,超痕量汞能催化溴酸钾和过氧化氢协同氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色,褪色程度与汞的含量在一定范围内呈线性关系。结果表明,方法检出限为7.26×10-10 g.mL-1,褪色程度与汞的含量在0~6.5μg.mL-1范围内符合比耳定律,建立了测定痕量汞的催化分光光度法。该方法测定环境废水中痕量汞的含量,结果满意。

Abstract:This study found that ultra-trace Hg(Ⅱ) could catalyze the dispigmentation of arsenazoⅠ by using the combination of KBrO3 and H2O2,and the degree of the dispigmentation had linear relation with the content of mercury with certain limitations.The sensitivity of the catalyzer was 7.26 ×10-10 g.mL-1,and the relationship between the degree of the dispigmentation of the arsenazo Ⅰand the content of mercury was 0-6.5 μg.mL-1 and it conformed to the Beer' s Law.The study built the method of mensurating the trace Hg(Ⅱ) named synergetic catalytic spectrophotometry.The method was used in mensurating trace Hg(Ⅱ) in the environmental waster water and brought satisfactory results.
