摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了锌铬复合污染对水稻(Oryza sativaL.)根系氮代谢的影响。结果表明,在锌铬复合污染下,随着重金属浓度的增加,水稻在不同生育期的生物量均降低,根冠比均有增加的趋势。在水稻不同生育期,水稻根系全氮含量及可溶性蛋白含量随铬浓度的变化规律不明显,而随锌浓度的变化规律较为明显,即随锌浓度的增加呈增大的趋势。偏相关分析表明,在水稻不同生育期,土壤中锌浓度、铬浓度与水稻根系全氮未产生复合效应,与可溶性蛋白含量在水稻分蘖期产生了Zn-Cr协同效应。这可能与在水稻不同生育期,其根系对重金属胁迫的适应程度不同有关。

Abstract:The effects of compound pollution of Zn and Cr on nitrogen metabolism of rice (Oryza sativa L.) roots at different growth stages of rice plant were investigated in a soil pot experiment. The results showed as follows: with the increasing concentrations of Zn and Cr, the biomass of rice plant had a reducing trend, but the ratio of root/shoot (W/W) had an increasing trend at different growth stages of the rice plant. The changes of total nitrogen and soluble protein contents of rice roots were not obvious with increasing of Cr concentration in the soil, but obvious with increasing of Zn concentration in the soil. With increasing of Zn concentration in the soil, the total nitrogen and the soluble protein contents of rice roots increased at different growth stages of rice plant. Partial correlation analysis showed that Zn and Cr concentrations in the soil did not produce a compound effect on the total nitrogen of rice roots at different stages of rice plant, and only had synergy effect on the soluble protein content at tillering stage of rice plant. It indicated that the levels of adapting to Zn and Cr stresses of rice roots were different at different growth stages of rice plant.
