| 摘 要： | 用5头中国良种细毛羊连续采精12个月,观察一年中绵羊精液品质的变化。平均每羊每次采得精液量为1.13±0.15毫升,精子密度平均为33.9±4.4亿/毫升。每100毫升精液中年平均含蛋白质10.8±0.9克,精清中含量最高的氨基酸为谷氨酸(0.63克/100毫升)。精清的渗透压为329±16毫克分子/公斤。原精活力平均为0.66±0.03,加Ⅱ液后略微下降到0.62±0.05,解冻后为0.33±0.03。各项指标都没有明显季节性变化。7、8及9月的睾丸酮含量显著高于其它各月。取1983年8月、10月及1984年 3月的冻精所作的受胎试验结果分别为48.8％(40/82)、44.6％(37/83)及39.1％(34/87),生统分析无显著差异。

| Abstract: | Average ejaculate was 1.13±0.15 ml, density of spermatozoa was 33.9±4.4×10~8 The protein content of semen was10.8±0.9%. Glutamic acid was the highest amino acid in the seminal plasma (0.63g%) .The osmotic presure of the seminal plasma was 329±16 mmol/kg. The initial sperm motility averaged 0.66 + 0.33 and dropped to 0.62±0.05 after adding diluent II. After thawing, the percentage of motile spermmatozoa was 0.33 ±0.03. The testosterone content in July, August and September was higher than in other months. Conception rates from frozen semen samples collected in August and October 1983 and that collect in March 1984 were 48.8%, 44.6% and 39.1% respectively, the difference being statistically insignificant. |
