摘    要:根据羽梗蛋白的成分和结构,选择酸水解工艺,研制出FFC—Ⅰ型复合氨基酸。试样经测定和试验,其性能与鱼粉相仿,可作饲料。添加剂。

Abstract:This paper describes the development of FFC-I Amino Acidis Complex.In view of the fact that feather stalks contain protein composition and structure,a series of small tests have been carried out, and by adopting the satisfying tech-nique of acid hydrolysis,FFC-I Amino Acids Complex has been successfully developed,and the process for such a plant has been worked out with the capacity of 200 tons per year. Two FFC-I Amino Acids Comp-ex have come into operation in Fujian Province.The trial production shows that the product consists 17 different kinds of amino acids, the total amino acids content being 26-30%, its property equal to fish powder.This achievement has opened up a new source of protein fodder for animals, and will bring about an advance in husbandry and fodder industry.
