| Abstract: | Phenomenon of insufficient protection of new plant varieties in agricultural institutions of China was studied in the paper. Problems and reasons which limited the protection of new plant varieties were analyzed. Countermeasures to strengthen the protection new plant varieties in agricultural institutions were suggested in this paper. |
