摘    要:通过田间试验,研究双氰胺(DCD)对块茎类蔬菜马铃薯各个生长时期农田土壤铵态氮、硝态氮转化的影响。结果表明:加入双氰胺后,土壤中铵态氮含量均显著提高(p<0.05),硝态氮含量显著降低(p<0.05)。

Abstract:This paper studied on the effects of dicyandiamide to ammonium-N and nitrate-N transformation in potato field in order that provided a reference for scientific fertilization for tuber vegetable production.In the experiment,the seed fertilization there is four treatments: ammonium sulphate+calcium biphosphate+dic yandia-mide、ammonium sulphate+calcium、calcium nitrate+calcium biphosphate、calcium biphosphate.The method that analyzing the content of ammonium-N and nitrate-N in field sample of each growth stage is colorimetric method.The results shows that the content of ammonium-N increased hile that of nitrate-N decreased significantly(P〈0.05) when applying Dicyandiamide.These experiments prove that dicyandiamide can be use as nitrification inhibitor to tuber vegetables production.It can increase nitrogen fertilizer efficiency,thus increase production and practise economy.
