| 摘 要： | 室内作用方式的测定及林间药效试验结果证明,DMDT 对杨尺蛾幼虫有触杀兼胃毒作用。其 LD_(50)值为24.0769微克/克,25%DMDT 乳油200倍液林间防效5天可达100%。资料表明,DMDT 对人畜高度安全,在环境中具有生物降解作用,所以应在我国大范围推广应用。

| Abstract: | It proved that DMDT had contact action and stomach poison action to Larva of Apochemia Cinerarius Erschoff through the determination of mode of action indoor and the plantation efficiency in experimental result.The LD_(50)of DMDT is 24.0769μg/g indoor;200 times liquid of 25% DMDT Emulsiable cancentrate plantation efficiency can reach 100% in 5 days.The meterial has showed DMDT is of great safety to human being and domestic animals,it has biological degration action under its conditions,so DMDT can be spread and applied in our country. |
