摘    要:本文研究了以液体脲醛树脂胶制造速生毛白杨幼龄材大片刨花板的工艺条件.通过正交试验找到最优工艺参数:用胶量8%;热压温度160℃;压力3.3MPa;时间5min(1.2cm厚);石蜡用量1.6%.板坯含水率应严格控制在8%以下.所制造的板材性能超出普通刨花板标准,表面纹理美观,颜色纯洁,经透明装饰后仍保留天然木材的本色,是优良的家具和室内装修用板材.

Abstract:This paper deals with the technology of manufacturing poplar junior wood waferboard with a liquid urea-formaldehyde resin.Based on the results of a orthogonal test,the optimum board-making conditions are proposed as follows,glue level 8%;press temperature 160℃;press time 5 min (for board-thickness of 1.2cm),pressure 3.3MPa and the amount of wax add-on 1.6%.The mat moisture content must be controlled strictly.The prepared waferboard has good physic-mechanical properties and nice-looking surface and may be used for furniture.
