艾蒿叶水煮液对真丝织物的抗菌整理研究

本文以水煮方式处理艾蒿叶得到水煮液,并用该水煮浓缩液通过涂层整理和浸轧整理的方式对真丝织物进行抗菌整理.根据AATCC100抗菌测试方法,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌株,测试整理后的真丝织物的抗菌性,优选出效果良好的整理方式,选取抗菌效果较好的整理方法和反应条件下的真丝织物测试其服用性能.实验结果表明,涂层整理后的真丝织物24h时基本上未达到26%的抗菌效率,抗菌效果不显著,浸轧整理后真丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌在24h、48h内抑菌效率基本达到了100%,抗菌效果良好;对整理后的真丝织物的服用性能测试表明,该整理方式对真丝织物的服用性能影响不大.

Research of the Antibacterial Finishing ofSilk Fabrics with the Boiled Liquid of Wormwood Leaves

In an experiment reported in this paper,the leaves of wormwood (Artemisia campestris) was boiled, and the concentrated boiled liquid was used to treat the silk fabric with coating and padding finishing.With Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as the testing bacteria, AATCC 100 antibacterial test was made to investigate the bacterial resistance of the finished silk fabric, and then the optimal finishing method was selected.At last, the wearability of the antibacterial silk fabric was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the antibacterial effect of coating finishing was not significant, the antibacterial efficiency of the silk fabric failing to achieve 26% when tested after 24 hours, but the antibacterial efficiency against S.aureus and E.coli of silk fabric after padding finishing mostly reached 100% when tested after 24h and 48h.A wearability test showed that padding finishing had no significant effect on the wearability of the antibacterial silk fabric.
