无线电追踪技术在高原鼢鼠生态学研究中的应用

摘    要:从高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)活捕、麻醉以及无线电发射器佩戴方式3个方面研究了无线电追踪技术在高原鼢鼠生态学中的应用。结果表明:高原鼢鼠无损伤活捕是无线电追踪技术实现的前提,利用自制的活捕笼的平均捕获率为44.12%。麻醉剂使用量和麻醉时间与高原鼢鼠体重密切相关,当高原鼢鼠体重在150g以下,乙醚用量为0.75~1.20mL,麻醉时间为30~45s;体重在150~270g时,乙醚用量为1.3~1.6mL,麻醉时间为30~55s;体重在270~350g时,乙醚用量1.6~2.0mL,麻醉时间为45~60s。无线发射器以环腋下斜跨式为主,且应在佩戴后30d进行重捕,更换项圈以利于长期监测。基于以上结果,提出了适合于高原鼢鼠无线电追踪的操作流程及注意事项,以期为国内学者研究高原鼢鼠或类似地下鼠生态学研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:The radio tracking technique was used for studying the plateau zokor (Myospalax baileyi) in term of live trap,anesthesia,and attachment method of radio transmitter.The result showed that the live trap was the precondition of radio tracking usage and the average captured rate of our live trap was 44.12%,anesthesia time and dosage were closely related with the bodyweight of plateau zokor.When the bodyweight was below 150 g,the proper dosage of aether was 0.75 to 1.2 mL,the anesthesia time was 30 to 45 s.When the bodyweight was among 150 to 270 g,the proper dosage and time were 1.3 to 1.6 mL and 30 to 55 s.When the bodyweight was among 271~350 g,they were 1.6 to 2.0 mL and 45 to 60 s.The transmitter should be collared across the neck and under the front leg,and should be recaptured after 30 days to replace the transmitter for long-term use.
