浅谈品茶艺术与情趣

品茶在我国有其悠久的历史,尤其盛行于唐宋时代。唐代以前,虽也茶饮,但大多为药饮、解渴,还谈不上是品茶艺术。到了中唐,陆羽《茶经》问世后,品茶着重细煎慢饮,加上唐宋以来僧道、士大夫们的参与,助长了茶道的盛行,提升了饮茶的境界,而形成了一种品茶艺术。品茶与琴棋书画,与生活诸艺有着千丝万缕的联系。今日品茶虽不易达到古人所拥有的那般理想自然境界,但至少品茶的优良传统,不但应该保持,而且应该持续。现如今,正当品茶艺术蓬勃发展之势,提升品茶的情趣,结合生活诸艺,似可更加丰富及提高我们的生活品质。

The art and sentiment of tea tasting

Tea in China has a long history, and it was especially prevalent in the Tang and Song dynasties.Before the Tang Dynasty, tea was used as medicine or thirst quenching beverage, in which there was no art of tea.In the Mid Tang Dynasty when the Tea Classics by Lu Yu was published, tea ceremony was formed by buddhism monks, scholars, resulting in the initial form of tea tasting art.Tea tasting has been closely related to the art of life such as lute-playing, chess, calligraphy and painting.We should pass on the fine tradition of tea tasting though today′s tea tasting has new contents.Tea tasting art should play a role in enhancement of life quality.
