水杨酸浸种对高羊茅种子萌发的影响

摘    要:研究了不同条件下不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)对高羊茅种子萌发的影响。结果表明,0.1 ̄2.0mmol/LSA对高羊茅种子发芽率没有显著影响,但它显著提高了种子的发芽势;3.0mmol/L的SA对其发芽率和发芽势均有明显的抑制作用;1.0mmol/L左右浓度的SA处理显著的提高回干高羊茅种子的发芽势(P<0.01);0.5mmol/L的SA在40温度下浸种处理可以明显提高回干后高羊茅种子的发芽率和发芽势;在干湿交替情况下,SA浸种处理明显提高高羊茅种子的发芽率和发芽势,0.5mmol/L的SA浸种处理效果极其显著。

Abstract:The effects of soaking seed with SA on the seed germinating of Festuca arundinacee were studied with sand cultural method.h has been found that the germination rate was not affected,but its germination force was raised specially under soaking seed treatment with 0.1-2.0 mmol/L SA. However, the both of germination rate and germination force were remarkably inhibited by SA at 3.0 mmol/L.Germination force was raised remarkably under drying seed after soading with 1.0 mmol/L SA.Drying seed after soaking, its germination rate and germination force were increaced remarkably, especialy by 0.5 mmol/L.
