论畜牧业生产中的公害及其对策

畜牧业在提供给人类营养丰富、美味可口的畜产品的同时，也造成了对人类赖以生存的环境（土壤和地下水）的污染。为了畜牧业的持续发展必须从根本上治理由此而造成的公害。从开发低公害饲料、应用“理想蛋白质模式”饲养畜禽、加强饲料卫生、开发和正确使用非营养性添加剂、培育优良畜禽品种、革新废弃物处理工艺和实现生物良性循环等七个方面论述了减少环境污染的措施。

On environmental pollution and countermeasures in Animal production

Animal husbandry supplies people with nutritious and deliciousanimal food. Simultaneously, it also causes the pollution to the environment(surface soil layer and groundwater)that people rely on for existence.Continued growth of animal husbandry demands to thoroughly control the environmental pollution it causes.This article discusses the solution to reduce pollution from seven aspects: development of low pollution diets, feeding animal with “ideal protein modules”,strengthening feed hygiene, development and correct use of non-nutritive additives, breeding fine varieties of domestic animals, reforming animal manure processing technology and achievement of biological favorable circle.
