贺兰县奶牛O型口蹄疫免疫抗体水平监测与分析

摘    要:口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)感染引起的一种急性、热性、高度接触性的动物疫病,被国际兽医局(OIE)列为A类传染病之首.本试验采用液相阻断酶联免疫吸附试验(LPR-EIJTSA)方法对贺兰县周边地区的180份奶牛血清抽样样本进行了口蹄疫0型抗体的检测.监测结果显示免疫抗体合格率达80%,表明贺兰地区的奶牛0型口蹄疫免疫效果较好.

Monitoring and analysis of antibody level to type 0 foot-and-mouth disease of dairy cattle in HeLan County

Abstract:Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is an important animal infectious disease caused by foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV), which has feature of an acute outbreak, fever, and highly contagious process. Up to now, FMD has been classified as the first disease of group an animal infectious disease by Office of International Epidemiology (OIE). Antibody titers of type O foot-and-mouth disease were detected by liquid phase blocking ELISA (LPB-ELISA) from 180 serum samples collected from Helan County and surrounding areas. The result of monitoring shows that immune qualification rate arrived at 80 %, this result also indicates that there is a relative effective immune protection against type 0 FMD for dairy cattle in Helan County.
