喜马拉雅旱獭弓形虫病血清学检测

摘    要:用弓形虫的重组蛋白GST-SAG1作为ELISA诊断抗原,采用ELISA检测方法,对青海省祁连县喜马拉雅旱獭血清进行了弓形虫病的血清学检测。结果表明,被检92份喜马拉雅旱獭共检出阳性血清25份,阳性率约为27.17%。结果提示,青海省祁连县的喜马拉雅旱獭中存在弓形虫病的感染。

Abstract:The purified recombinant protein GST-SAG1 of Toxoplasma gondii was used as diagnostic antigen and ELISA method was employed for the detection of 92 Himalayan Marmota serum samples col- lected from Qilan county of Qinghai province. The results show that 25 serum samples were positive for antibody against Toxoplasma gondii, the positive rate was 27.17 %. These results suggest that Toxoplas- ma gondii has infected Himalayan Marmotas in Qilan county of Qinghai province.
