| 摘 要： | 通过系统的比较与提炼,提出了4大类16个指标组成的循环经济发展水平评价指标体系.该体系涵盖了不同产业、不同领域的循环性特点.将模糊综合评价的数学方法应用到评价指标体系的评价流程中,运用模糊综合评价模型对宏观层面的区域循环经济发展水平进行测度,使得评价结果具有较强的解释力.

| Abstract: | An evaluation index system for circular economy development level is brought forward based on systematical comparison and analysis,which contains 4 categories and 16 indexes.The system covers recycling characteristics of different industries and different fields,and the mathematical method of fuzzy synthesis appraisal is also applied to the appraisal flow to calculate the development level of regional circular economy,which makes the result more credible. |
