摘    要:在自然干旱胁迫下,测定了11种供试沙生灌木的电导率,水分饱和亏缺和相对含水量,研究了各供试品种在整个生长季植株叶片保持水分的能力和差异。研究结果表明:柠条和驼绒藜的膜系统抵御干旱损伤的能力比其他品种更强,驼绒藜的质膜透性在5月末为3.54%,9月中旬降至1.53%,为最低值,籽蒿、胡枝子、草木樨状黄芪的则较差;野生种胡颓子的叶片保水能力优于其他品种;植物叶片相对含水量的变化与其电导率的变化在一定范围内存在负相关关系,紫穗槐、胡颓子、驼绒藜、细枝岩黄耆的相对含水量与电导率的相关系数分别为-0.91、-0.82、-0.82、-0.87;叶片水分饱和亏和相对含水量呈显著负相关关系。

Abstract:Based on the determination of relative conductivity,water saturation deficit and relative water content in leaf of 11 shrubs in Ke'erqin Deserts,the ability and difference to water reserve of different shrubs and the water-consuming rules in growth season and summer dry period were studied.The result indicated that the drought resistant ability of membrane system of Caragana korshinski and Ceratoides latens was much higher than Artemisia sphaerocephala and Astragalus melilotoides.The waterholding ability in leaf of Elaeagnus pungens was the best among 11 species.Leaf water saturation deficit was negatively correlated with relative water content,the changes between leaf relative water content and relative conductivity were negatively correlated in a certain range.
