| 摘 要： | 在市场经济规则和秩序逐步建立完善、企业经济运行不断规范的形势下,好的公司治理结构,作为增强经济活力、提高经济效益的基本手段和保障企业相关者利益的法宝,越来越受到重视。该文试图从农业科研院所组建公司分析入手,论述公司治理内容、探索公司治理制度建设以及加强公司治理的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Under the situation of gradual improvement of market economic rules and order and continuous canonical operation of corporates , more attention have been paid on better corporate management structure, which is regarded as basic instrument to booster economic vitality and improve economic efficiency, and to guarantee benefits of related enterprises. Through analyzing the companies established by agricultural research institutions, this paper tries to expound the content of corporate governance, explores the system establishment for corporate governance and the effective measures for strengthening corporate governance. |
