棉秸秆混合基质育苗分析

摘    要:目的]用(耐)高温菌腐熟的棉秸秆与菇渣混合,基质化后进行番茄、辣椒育苗.方法]添加(耐)高温降解棉秸秆菌,经过室内堆肥处理后,菇渣与腐熟的棉桔秆分别按2:3,1:4配制成育苗基质,分析该基质的番茄、辣椒育苗情况.结果]菇渣与棉秸秆比例为2:3时番茄、辣椒秧苗各项测定指标均显著优于对照(CK)o菇渣与棉秸秆比例为1:4时番茄秧苗长势理想,辣椒秧苗长势较对照(CK)差.结论]菇渣与经过高温降解菌腐熟处理的棉秸秆以2:3的比例混合配制时,可以用于番茄、辣椒的育苗.

Abstract:【Objective】The substrates from mushroom dregs and the overrotten cotton residue were used to cultivate the tomato and pepper seedlings.【Method】The high temperature degradation bacteria were added to cotton residue,which were treated by manure mixture for fertilizing indoor,the ratio of mushroom dregs to the overrotten cotton residue were 2∶3 and 1∶4,respectively.The seedling culture of tomato and pepper by the substrate were analyzed.【Result】The measured indexes are significantly better than CK,when seedling with the ratio of mushroom dregs and the overrotten cotton residue is 2∶3;tomato seedlings as good as CK,but pepper seedlings are worse than CK,grown with the mixture by 1∶4.【Conclusion】The ratio of mushroom dregs to the overrotten cotton residue were 2∶3,which is good substrate for seedlings culture of tomato and pepper.
