马铃薯甲虫持续防控技术研究与应用

摘    要:目的]探索一套适宜于发生区生产实际的马铃薯甲虫持续防控技术,有效控制其发生、危害及传播.方法]通过秋耕冬灌、轮作倒茬评价马铃薯甲虫防治效果,筛选新型化学药剂,对生物防治、防虫栽培技术和防治指标等进行研究.结果]马铃薯甲虫秋翻越冬死亡率可达33.3;-76.4;,轮作可降低虫口基数29.4;-84.3;,推迟成虫发生期4-7d;天敌以捕食性为主,其中捕食幼虫的占总数89.2;,筛选出高效的环境友好型农药14种,药后20 d后田间防效均达90.0;以上;提出了提高马铃薯耐害性施肥技术和覆膜加滴灌栽培防治马铃薯甲虫技术,能显著提高马铃薯的耐害性,降低马铃薯甲虫为害造成的产童损失,使产量提高10.5;-24.8;;越冬代成虫和一代低龄幼虫防治指标分别为24和106头/百株.结论]提出了适宜我国马铃薯甲虫发生区生产实际的马铃薯甲虫持续防控技术,兼备先进性、实用性和可操作性,该技术主要包括生态调控、生物防治、保健栽培和与环境相容的化学防治等,经大面积应用推广取得了显著的经济、社会和生态效益.

Abstract:【Objective and Method】In terms of the evalution of later fall ploughing,overwinter irrigation rotation to controlling CPB,and also research on its biological control,the main aim of this study was to probe the better sustained and intergrated control techniques of Colorado Potato Beetle in order to control the damage and dispersal of CPB effectively【Result】Later fall ploughing & overwinter irrigation could result in mortality of overwintered adult of CPB by 33.3%-76.36%,rotation could caused 29.4%-84.3% reduction of overwintered adult of CPB population and also postponed occurrence of overwintered adult of CPB 4-7 d,most of natural enemies were predators,the total numbers of natural enemies of CPB were 89.2%.CPB threshold for the control was 14 overwintered adults of CPB per hundred potato plants or 106 stars larvae of first generation of CPB per hundred potato plant,the control efficiency of several kinds of pesticides reached more than 90.0% in 10 days after their application. 【Conclusion】The sustained and intergrated techniques included the ecological & biological control,cultival techniques and chemical control by friendly enviromental pesticides etc.were involved.The technique with advance and operation well adapted to potato production situation of place where CPB ocurred in Xingjiang.The sustained and integrated control techiques of Colorado Potato Beetle has achieved significant economic and social ecological efficiency.
