摘    要:[目的]研究微生态制剂对奶牛生产性能的影响.[方法]在新疆中州牛场选择450头年龄、胎次相同,泌乳量接近的澳洲荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成三组.第-组为对照组(CT组),第二组(XP组)每天饲喂50 g"益康XP",第三组(PM组)每天饲喂24g"PM发酵粉";试验期3个月,每10d测日产奶量,每月数据汇总处理,每月底采集乳样,检测其乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖、乳中4脂固形物、乳密度、冰点、体细胞数、pH值、灰分和电导率.[结果]与CT组相比,XP组与PM组均显著提高奶牛产奶量和乳脂率(P<0.05);与CT组相比,XP组和PM组均能有效降低乳中体细胞数(P>0.05),且以PM组效果更佳.此外,与CT组相比,XP组和PM组对乳糖、乳中非脂固形物、乳密度、冰点、灰分、电导率和pH值影响并不显著(P>0.05),[结论]在大规模奶牛试验中,XP组和PM组均提高了奶牛产奶量和乳品质,且PM组添加剂减少奶牛乳中体细胞数效果更加明显.

Abstract:【Objective】The aim of this article was to study the effects of micro-ecological agent on performance of Xinjiang Holstein Dairy Cow.【Method】In this study,450 Holstein dairy cows with same age,same parity,and similar milk yield(22.58 ± 3.19) kg chosen from Ili,Xinjiang were randomly divided into three groups:1st group was CT one,2nd group XP one,which was feb with 50 g Econazloe XP levery day.The 3rd group was fed with 24 g PM Fermentated powder every day.The milk samples were collected at the end of every month to evaluate the milk fat ratio,protein,lactose,dry matter,citrate,density,freezing point,somatic cell count and pH value.【Result】The results showed that in comparison with the control group,XP group and PM group were significantly increased by milk production and milk protein of the lactating cows(P<0.05).Both of the micro-ecological agens distinctly decreased by somatic cell count in milk(P> 0.05),but PM supplementation outperformed XP supplementation.【Conclusion】And the results showed that in comparison with the control group,XP group and PM group had no increase in lactose,dry matter,volatile fatty acid,citrate,density,freezing point,somatic cell count and pH value(P>0.05).
