摘    要:[目的]筛选出对白星花金龟较理想的植物源杀虫剂.白星花金龟近几年在葡萄上造成严重危害,大量使用化学农药不但影响葡萄的品质,而且对人类健康构成隐患,与当今大力发展绿色和有机葡萄生产不协调.[方法I采用触杀和W毒两种方法,对0.3;苦参碱水剂(Mat rine)、5;天然除虫菊素乳油(pyrethrina)和0.3;印棟素乳油(Azadirachtin)三种植物源杀虫剂进行室内毒力测定,并与5;吡虫啉乳油(Imidacloprid)进行比较.[结果]四种杀虫剂对白星花金龟的胃毒毒力比触杀毒力高.各药剂对白星花金龟胃毒毒力大小排序:5;吡虫啉乳油(LC50值为5.456 mg/L)>0.36;苦参碱水剂(LC50值为10.557 mg/L)>5;天然除虫菊素乳油(LC50值为15.079 mg/L)>0.3;印棟素乳油(LC50值为23.459 mg/L),[结论]5;吡虫啉乳油可用于绿色食品生产中白星花金龟的防治,0.36;苦参碱水剂和5;天然除虫菊素乳油则可以纳人绿色和有机食品生产中对白星花金龟的综合防治措施.

Abstract:【Objective】Potosia brevitarsis Lewis had damaged grape seriously in the recent years,the application of chemical pesticide will affect the quality of grape as well as the health of people.It doesn't meet with the development of the green and organic grape production.【Method】Toxicity of three botanical insecticides(matrine,pyrethrins and azadirachtin)to Potosia brevitarsis Lewis were detected with the methods of contact toxicity and stomach toxicity.【Result】Results indicate that stomach toxicitics of all tested insecticides are higher than that of contact toxicity.The order of the toxicity of different insecticides to Potosia brevitarsis Leiwis was as follows: 5% imidacloprid(LC50=5.456 mg/L)> 0.36% matrine(LC50=10.557 mg/L)>5% pyrethrins(LC50=15.079 mg/L)>0.3% azadirachtin(LC50=23.459 mg/L).【Conclusion】5% imidacloprid could be used in the production of green food,and 0.36% matrine and 5% pyrethrins could be used in both green food production and organic food production to control the damage of Potosia brevitarsis Lewis.
