| 摘 要： | 运用CodonW程序对水稻HKT基因家族密码子组成、同义密码子使用频率和全长编码区密码子使用各项参数进行计算和统计分析。结果表明:密码子适应指数(CAI值)与最优密码子使用频率(FOP)、密码子偏爱指数(CBI)均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);有效密码子数(ENC)与同义密码子第3位碱基含量(C3s,G3s)、最优密码子使用频率(FOP)、密码子偏爱指数(CBI)、GC含量、GC3s均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。水稻HKT基因家族密码子使用的相对频率(RSCU)值>1的密码子多以G或C结尾。

| Abstract: | CodonW software was applied to calculate the nucleotide composition,relative synonymous codon usage and other parameters of rice HKT gene family.The result indicted that codon adaptation index was significantly and positively correlated with FOP and CBI;effective number of codon was significantly and negatively correlated with C3s,G3s,FOP,CBI,GC and GC3s contents.Rice HKT gene family with RSCU>1 preferred codons ended with G and C. |
