鱼腥草对肉鸡生长性能及免疫力的影响

选用1日龄商品代AA肉鸡120只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.1%,0.2%,0.4%的鱼腥草,试验期6周,研究鱼腥草对肉鸡生长性能及免疫机能的影响。结果表明:整个试验期肉鸡平均体增质量试验组比对照组分别提高5.4%,19.1%和10.9%,试验组料肉比比对照组分别降低2.7%,13.8%和5.5%,且以0.2%添加剂量的试验组效果最好,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。鱼腥草对肉鸡的免疫器官也有较大的影响,其中,胸腺指数试验组较对照组分别提高19.6%,45.5%和34.8%,差异显著(P<0.05);脾脏指数试验组比对照组分别提高9.6%,48.2%和30.7%,差异显著(P<0.05);法氏囊指数试验组比对照组分别提高1.7%,13.9%和5.2%,差异显著(P<0.05);新城疫HI抗体滴度试验组与对照组相比,以0.2%剂量的试验组抗体效价最高,与其他组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验得出,添加适量的鱼腥草具有促进肉鸡生长、提高肉鸡免疫机能的作用,且以0.2%的添加量比较适宜。

Effect of Houttuynia cordata to the Growth Performance and Immunity of Broilers
