| 摘 要： | 以棉花黄萎病菌株VD8为试材,利用改良的CTAB提取RNA方法,应用LiCl选择性沉淀RNA,减少沉淀时间,在醋酸钠条件下用异丙醇祛除多糖,结果表明,利用该方法从富含多糖的黄萎病菌菌丝中获得了质量较好的总RNA,缩短了提取时间。

| Abstract: | With Verticillium dahliae VD8 fugus material,LiCl to selective deposit RNA,in shortened deposition time,under the condition of sodium acetate,using lsopropyl alcohol to clear polymeric carbohydrates,an improved CTAB method was developed for extracting total RNA from Verticillium dahliae VD8 fungus that are rich in polymeric carbohydrates,and extracting time shortened. |
