| 摘 要： | 研究了KT和2,4-D对膜荚黄芪试管苗带芽茎段生长发育的影响。结果表明,添加KT和2,4-D后,均能促进膜荚黄芪带芽茎段根和芽的再生,其中,较好的培养基为MS+4 mg/LKT+1 mg/L2,4-D;高质量浓度和低质量浓度的2,4-D均会造成膜荚黄芪带芽茎段切口的愈伤化。这为膜荚黄芪试管苗的快速繁殖提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The effect of KT and 2,4-D on growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.stems with bud was studied.The result showed: The combination of KT and 2,4-D could promote the root and bud regeneration of A.membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.stems with bud,of which,MS+KT 4.0 mg/L KT+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D was better medium for growth and development of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.stems with bud.Whether high or low concentration of 2,4-D both resulted in callus induction of A.membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.stems wit... |
