| 摘 要： | 采取5张生獭兔皮，研究利用光学显微镜测定獭兔被毛密度的方法。用冰冻切片法切好片子在显微镜下计数固定面积下的毛囊数，再换算成单位面积下的毛囊数，即被毛密度，共测定了颈部、背部、肩部、腹部及体侧部等5个部位的被毛密度。旨在为测定獭兔被毛密度提供参考。

| Abstract: | The article discussed the method to measure the hair density of Rex by optical microscopes. 5 different body parts of the Rex hair density were determined using frozen section method, in order to offer the reference of the Rex hair density. |
