葡萄种子单宁含量的遗传研究

摘    要:通过对中国野葡萄毛葡萄 (V.qinquangularis Rehd)与欧洲葡萄品种 (V.vinifera L.) 2个杂交组合亲本及 F1 代种子单宁含量的分析表明 ,葡萄种子单宁具数量遗传特征 ,F1 代值多分布于中亲值附近 ,且毛葡萄比欧洲葡萄略有遗传优势。

Abstract:After analyzing the seed tannin contents of both parents and F 1 individuals(107 plants gogether) with 2 cross combinations of V.ququinquangularis (Chinese wild vitis ) and V.vinifera cultivars, the result indicated that the seed tannin contents was characterized by the quantitative inheritance. The majority of F 1 individuals distributed near the mid parent,and the heritability of V.quinquangularis was a little more than that of V.vinifera .
