| 摘 要： | 通过对胡萝pSRAP反应体系中Mg^2＋浓度、dNTPs浓度、引物浓度以及模板DNA浓度的优化，结果表明，在20μL反应体系中，DNA模板最适浓度为3．00ng／mL，Mg^2＋最适浓度为2．25mmoL／L，引物最适浓度为o．30μmoL／L，dNTPs最适浓度为0．20mmoL／L。

| Abstract: | Through optimization of concentration of Mg2+,dNTPs,primers and template DNA,SRAP-PCR of carrot was established.The results showed that in the 20μL reaction mixture the optimum concentration of genomic DNA template,Mg2+,primers and dNTPs were 3.00ng/mL,2.25mmoL/L,0.30μmoL/L and 0.20mmoL/L. |
