电导法测定橙皮甙

摘    要:建立了橙皮甙含量的测定方法.向5.0 mmol/L NaOH溶液中加入橙皮甙,会引起电导率的明显改变,当橙皮甙的质量浓度在0.048 8~5.00 0 g/L,电导率的变化值与橙皮甙的质量浓度间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.995 6);回收率为98%~101%,RSD为1.48%.该方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,且操作简便易行.

Abstract:A method for the determination of hesperidins was established.The variety value of conductivity was big after hesperidins was dissolved in a medium of 5.000 mmol/L NaOH,and the proportional to hesperidins concentration in the range of 0.048 8~5.000 g/L(y=23.998x+46.429,r=0.995 6),recoveries of 98%~101% and RSD of 1.48%(n=6)for the method were obtained.The method proved to be simple,accurate,repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of this drug.
