摘    要:以普通小麦品系 30 3,70 6及其回交转育的粘果山羊草 ( Ae.kotschyi)、瓦维洛夫山羊草 ( Ae.vavilovii)和牡山羊草 ( Ae.juvenalis)细胞质雄性不育系为母本、1 3个普通小麦品系为父本 ,进行不完全双列杂交 ,研究了以上 3种山羊草细胞质对普通小麦 F1 代株高和旗叶面积的细胞质效应。结果表明 ,与普通小麦细胞质相比 ,3种山羊草细胞质对普通小麦 F1 代的旗叶面积不存在正向或负向的细胞质效应 ,而对普通小麦 F1 代的株高有负向的降低效应 ,瓦维洛夫山羊草细胞质对 F1 代株高降低作用不显著 ,粘果山羊草、牡山羊草细胞质对 F1 代株高降低则分别达到显著和极显著水平

Abstract:In order to analyse the cytoplasm effects of 3 Aegilops (Ae.kotschyi, Ae.vavilovii and Ae.juvenalis) on T.aestivum's plant height and flag leaf area, 104 hybrid combinations were made from incomplete diallel crosses, in which common wheat 303, 706 and their transformed male sterile lines with above 3 Aegilops cytoplasms were used as female parents, and 13 common wheat lines were used as male parents. The results showed that, comparing with the cytoplasm of T.aestivum, 3 Aegilops cytoplasm has no significant positive or negative cytoplasmic effects on the flag leaf area of T.aestivum's F_1, but has negative cytoplasmic effects on the plant height. The cytoplasm of Ae.vavilovii cannot reduce the plant height of T.aestivum's F_1 significantly. The cytoplasm of Ae.kotschyi and Ae.juvenalis can significantly and most significantly reduce the plant height of T.aestivum's F_1 respectively.
