| 摘 要： | 提高农林高校大学生的人文素质具有非常重要的意义。分析了农林高校图书馆开展大学生人文素质教育所具备的文献资源优势、服务方式优势和环境优势。从加强文献资源建设、重视对大学生阅读的引导和督促、提高工作人员的人文素质与敬业精神三方面来搞好这项工作。
