| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨适合茉莉花扦插繁殖的条件。方法]以茉莉花一年生成熟枝条木质化或半木质化的中、下段为插穗，研究不同生长调节剂和不同扦插基质对插条生根的影响。结果]用IAA、IBA和NAA处理的插条和对照的生根数分别为9．28、13．53、2．53和5．75条，根长分别为5．44、6．57、2．42和3．69cm，生根率分别为81．30％、93．00％、51．30％和72．00％。500mg/LIBA处理的插条的生根率最高、生根最多、根长最长，分别为92．05％、13．61条和6．72cm。以河沙、蛭石、河沙＋园土和园土作基质的插条的生根数分别为12．85、11．59、9．35和0．44吾，根长分别为8．54、5．40、4．64和0．29cm，生根率分别为96．57％、86．40％、80．23％和7．35％。结合生产成本考虑，河沙是比较适宜的扦插基质。结论]该研究为茉莉花的扦插繁殖提供了技术参考。
