摘    要:目的]探讨适合茉莉花扦插繁殖的条件。方法]以茉莉花一年生成熟枝条木质化或半木质化的中、下段为插穗,研究不同生长调节剂和不同扦插基质对插条生根的影响。结果]用IAA、IBA和NAA处理的插条和对照的生根数分别为9.28、13.53、2.53和5.75条,根长分别为5.44、6.57、2.42和3.69cm,生根率分别为81.30%、93.00%、51.30%和72.00%。500mg/LIBA处理的插条的生根率最高、生根最多、根长最长,分别为92.05%、13.61条和6.72cm。以河沙、蛭石、河沙+园土和园土作基质的插条的生根数分别为12.85、11.59、9.35和0.44吾,根长分别为8.54、5.40、4.64和0.29cm,生根率分别为96.57%、86.40%、80.23%和7.35%。结合生产成本考虑,河沙是比较适宜的扦插基质。结论]该研究为茉莉花的扦插繁殖提供了技术参考。
