醋糟栽培平菇的初步研究

摘    要:本试验以晒干后的醋糟作主料,通过添加高梁壳等辅料,配成五种不同的培养料配方栽培平菇,并对五种配方对平菇菌丝体的生长速度和生物学效率进行了研究。结果表明,醋糟可以栽培平菇。五个配方中,以主料含55%的醋糟添加20%的高梁壳和74.5%的醋糟产量较高,其前三潮菇的生物学效率在83.3~86.7%之间;55%的醋糟添加20%的玉米芯粉生物学效率最低,为66.7%;本试验还表明,主料中只用醋糟,不添加玉米芯粉、高梁壳和大田秸杆粉是完全可以的。

Abstract:Five culture media with different proportions of air—dried vinegar waste and other materials were tested for the suitability for hyphae growth and the biological efficiencies of growing Pleurotus ostreatus. The results showed that the substrate containing 55% vinegar waste and 20% sorghum hulls or 74.5% vinegar waste along produced higher biological efficiencies, ranging from 83.3 to 86.7% in the first three flushes. The substrate containing 55% vinegar waste and 20% corn cob powder had the lowest biological efficiency. The experiment proved that vinegar waste could be used to replace corn cob powder, sorghum hulls or straw powder as the main culture material in mushroom production.
