| Abstract: | The existing problems for applying isolated microspores culture techniques to Chinese cabbage breeding,including selection of genotype and donor plant,picking of optimal sized flower buds,techniques for plant regeneration and transplanting,identification of chromosome configuration were summarized.In order to improve the efficiency of isolated microspores culture techniques in Chinese cabbage breeding. |
