| 摘 要： | 利用负染色法（包括直接负染色及免疫负染色法）和超薄切片法两种电镜制样技术，观察了烟草花叶病毒（ＴＭＶ）、黄瓜花叶病毒（ＣＭＶ）、小麦丛矮病毒（ＮＣＭＶ）等三种植物病毒．对植物病毒电镜样品制备方法进行了研究及讨论。

| Abstract: | Abstract Three kinds of plant viruses including Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Northern cereal mosaic virus (NCMV) were observed under electron microscope by means of megative staining (includign direct negative staining and immuno-negative staining) and ultrathin section methods, Information on morphology, location and transformation of the viruses in plant cells was obtained. |
