摘    要:为探讨有效积温对管花肉苁蓉花序不同部位种子质量的影响,测定了花序不同部位蒴果发育的有效积温,及其蒴果中种子的大小和萌发率。结果表明,花序不同部位蒴果有效积温有差异,中部蒴果有效积温比上部蒴果有效积温高约104℃;中部蒴果中种子直径≥0.7mm和0.5-0.7mm的种子所占百分比高于上部;而且中部蒴果中种子千粒重大、萌发率高。蒴果发育有效积温的不同是导致管花肉苁蓉花序基部和中部种子质量高于上部种子质量重要因素之一。

Abstract:To explore the effect of effective accumulated temperature on the quality of seed from different positions on the Cistanche tubulosa inflorescence, the effective accumulated temperature of the development of capsule, size and germination of seed from different positions on the inflorescence were measured. The results indicated that it was different effective accumulated temperature of capsule from different positions on the inflorescence, the effective accumulated temperature of the middle capsule increased by 104 ℃ than that of the upper capsule, the ratio with the seed size bigger than 0.7mm and 0.5~0.7mm in the middle capsule was higher than that of the upper capsule, weight per thousand seeds and germination of the seed in middle capsule were higher than those of the seed in the basal and upper capsule. The difference of effective accumulated temperature of capsule development is one of the important factors causing the different quality of seed from different positions on the C. tubulosa inflorescence.
