香椿种子衰老机理

摘    要:采用人工加速老化方法研究了香椿种子衰老与膜脂过氧化作用的关系。结果表明:随着种子老化程度的增加,产生速率增快,MDA含量增高,膜透性增大。人工老化处理5d的香椿种子,其MDA含量、相对电导率及产生速率分别较对照种子高96.20%,45.56%和353.49%香椿种子活力与膜脂过氧化程度呈显著的负相关。这表明膜脂过氧化可能是导致香椿种子衰老的主要原因之一。

Abstract:The relationship between the ageing and the membrane lipid peroxibition of Chinese toon seed were studied by the method of ageing accelerated. The results showed that prolonged ageing treatment caused a significant increase in the O, produc-tion,malondialdehyde(MDA) accumulation and cell membrane permeability MDA content,relative electric conductivity and O,production rate of seed treated for 5d were 96. 2 %, 45. 5 %and 353. 49% higher than that of untreated seed respectively. The vig-or of Chinese toon seed was negatively correlated with membrane lipid peroxidation.
