| Abstract: | In this paper the effects in developing under-forest economy in Huangshan District were introduced and the main existing problems were pointed out. Some specific development strategies were put forward including scientific planning, rational distribution,integration of funds,diversified investment,support for leading enterprises,peasant household mobilization, strengthened guidance and model demonstrations. |
