山定子果汁饮料加工初探

摘    要:主要对山定子果汁饮料的加工进行初步探索,依据其原有的营养成分经过特殊的加工工艺,重点对果汁饮料的加工方法和口感调配作为研究对象并进行多次重复实验,同时对其可行性生产进行了成本预算。实验证明:其果汁饮料营养丰富,风味天然,具有较好的市场前景。

Abstract:The purpose of this article is to carry out the initial exploration for the process of fruit juice drink. Through special process on the basis of its original nutrition composition, the process method and taste of the fruit juice drink were regarded as the mainly targets of study and many tests were carried on. These tests showed that the nutrition composition content of the fruit juice drink may compare favorably with the other same kinds of drink and it is rich in nutrition, besides, it has a distinctive flavour and better prospects for market.
